Hi, I'm Micke — a designer and design lead based in Stockholm.

I've worked in product development for over 20 years, starting out as a frontend developer before shifting my focus to design. Whether I'm hands-on or leading a team, I use design to explore, communicate, and move forward. I believe user value is business value – and that we get there by being curious, testing early, and working together.

I've built design systems, introduced research practices, and led teams through change in startups, scaleups, and larger organisations, across both B2C and B2B.
