Introduction

Hi, I'm Micke – a designer and design lead based in Stockholm.

I've worked in product development for over 20 years, starting out as a frontend developer before shifting my focus to design. Whether I'm hands-on or leading a team, I use design to explore, communicate, and move forward. I believe design is communication – and that the tools change, but curiosity, judgement and taste don't.

I've built design systems, introduced research practices, and led teams through change in startups, scaleups, and larger organisations, across both B2C and B2B.
